page rank 1 - i might retire now ...

the new WordPress blog has google page rank on its home page, at last. yet the dashboard claims google blog search has not yet found any incoming links. odd that yahoo finds hundreds ...

The move from Blogger custom domains to WordPress seems to have completed okay. As the dust settles, the search engines are beginning to send visitors to the new addresses instead of the Blogger ones. I never did find a perfect way of redirecting, just to the nearest category, and this clearly wasn't good enough for most visitors in a hurry to find a certain page.

Current posts have been mainly following my interests in music, environment and books; but there is an interesting cross fertilisation developing - for example the artists Ralph Steadman illustrating Will Self's book, and sand art (Kseniya Simonova) combining painting with music/soundtrack to illustrate a story. To think this started as just The Aloeveras ...
